In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following dining plans for the 2009-2010 academic year. Carte Blanche Platinum
$1995 - All Resident Freshman and Sophomores residing in traditional residence halls are pre-enrolled in this plan.
Carte Blanche Gold
$1995 - Available for Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
Carte Blanche Silver
$1927.50 - Available for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
Carte Blanche Bronze
$1375 - Available for any student residing in an apartment or townhouse.
Á La Carte 200
$200 - Thrifty Cash Account - Residents of Foy Townhouses, Townhouses H through M, Lower and Upper West Cedar, Fulton Street Townhouses, Gartland and the Residence Inn are pre-enrolled in this plan. Sophomore residents of Gartland and Townhouses are required to participate, at a minimum, in the Á La Carte $200 plan.

Carte Blanche Platinum
Our most comprehensive plan features full unlimited access to the dining hall seven days per week during all operating hours. Platinum also offers $25.00 in Thrifty Cash, Ten Grab-n-Go lunch & dinner opportunities and Preferred Pricing for cash meals in the Main Dining Hall. This is an ideal plan for any Resident Student, and is our most popular plan for Freshmen.
It is also a great plan for Upper-class Students living in Mid-rise, because of the convenience of the location of the Main Dining Hall and Cabaret. All Resident Freshmen are enrolled in this plan.
Carte Blanche Gold
The Gold Plan features unlimited dining seven days per week from 10:30am until closing and $50.00 in Thrifty Cash. Gold also offers Preferred Pricing for cash meals in the Main Dining Hall and Ten Grab-n-Go lunch & dinner opportunities. Gold is an excellent plan for any Resident Student and fits the needs of many Upper-class Students living in Mid-Rise, Marian, Gartland Commons and the Foy Town Houses. Residents of Mid-Rise and Marian are enrolled in
this plan.
Carte Blanche Silver
The Silver Plan features unlimited dining Monday through Friday from 10:30am until closing and $150.00 in Thrifty Cash. Silver also offers Preferred Pricing for cash meals in the Main Dining Hall and 10 Grab-n-Go lunch passes. The Silver Plan is great for Upperclassmen who often travel on the weekends and for Commuter Students who do not find themselves on campus during the weekends. Access to the Dining Hall for lunch and dinner on weekdays and the benefit and convenience of Thrifty Cash for late night or early morning dining in any retail shop on campus, makes Carte Blanche Silver an ideal plan for students residing in Foy and West Cedar Townhouses, Gartland Commons, Commuters and off-campus students. With the Silver Plan, all of your weekday meals are taken care of and you don't need to worry about leaving campus between classes for lunch or dinner. |

The combination of value, flexibility choice and variety make any one of these plans a great choice for dining on campus. If our Carte Blanche plans aren't exactly what you're looking for, consider these convenient options:
Bronze Plan
The Bronze Plan offers 100 meals to use at anytime in the Dining Hall, $300.00 in Thrifty Cash as well as Preferred Pricing for cash meals in the Dining Hall for the semester. Bronze is a great plan for any upper-class student, a student completing an internship, or student teaching and who wants the convenience and flexibility of access to campus dining. For the convenience, flexibility and value, the Bronze Plan is our most popular off-campus, town house and commuter plan.
A la Carte Dining Plan
For Resident and Commuter Students who find retail dining convenient, we offer the A la Carte Plan. This plan provides you with a Thrifty Cash account pre-loaded with a balance that works best for you. The A la Carte Plan starts you off with $200.00 in Thrifty Cash to use at any campus dining location. An A la Carte Plan with $500.00 in Thrifty Cash (about $5.00 per day) will save you $41.25 in taxes.
Residents of Gartland, Foy Townhouses, Townhouses H through M, Lower and Upper West Cedar and Fulton Street Townhouses are enrolled in this plan (residents of Gartland are required to participate, at minimum, in the A la Carte $200 Plan). |

Dining Innovation - Carte Blanche Dining at Marist
Our Carte Blanche Dining Plans allow participants to access the Resident Dining Hall as often as they would like without worrying about counting meals. As a Dining Plan participant you have the ability to come to the Dining Hall for anything from a cup of coffee to a full dinner using your plan. The plans provide for unlimited access to the Dining Hall for a specified span of time, based on your Dining Plan selection. All of plans come with Thrifty Cash, the debit portion of your Dining Plan, Preferred Pricing for cash meals in the Dining Hall and Dining Passes for family and friends. There are three levels of Carte Blanche Dining designed to meet your specific needs. Some of the features and benefits of the Carte Blanch plans are:

Participation Opportunities
Campus residence assignments and class level determine which Dining Plan options are available to you. Commuters and off-campus students have the ability to select any Dining Plan.
Freshmen
All Resident Freshmen are required to select either Carte Blanche Platinum or Carte Blanche Gold. Platinum is the most popular plan among Freshmen.
Upper-Class Students
Residents of Mid-Rise and Marian must select Carte Blanche Platinum, Gold or Silver.Commuters, off-campus students and residents of Gartland Commons, Upper and Lower West Cedar, Foy Town Houses and Talmadge may select any Dining Plan.
Residents of Gartland who wish to be on a Dining Plan, but do not select an option will be placed on A la Carte for the semester and must remain at a minimum in this plan.
Many Upper-class students have made the decision to remain on a Dining Plan while living on campus because of the value and convenience. Our most popular plan among Upperclassmen is the Bronze Plan. |
