NEW The Valley Café! It’s a new year and the Organic Café has a new name! We are pleased to announce the continuation of our sustainable efforts to create a better dining experience for you. Occurring every Tuesday in the Student Center Cabaret from 11:30am-1:30pm, our Executive Chef Anthony Legname features a delicious meal prepared with organic and regional sustainable foods from the Hudson Valley and the tri-state area. Come experience what the Valley Café has to offer! The Valley Café, is proudly sponsored by Marist Dining Services and the Office of Student Affairs. The Valley Cafe - Every Tuesday from 11:30am-1:30pm Seating is limited and reservations are required! Ice Cream Station! The new ice cream station features a unique way to blend different flavors and toppings. Have a traditional flavor or create your own! Check it out in the dining hall, Monday thru Friday, 11:30am-Close. Coming Soon! ** We have this amazing new ice cream station, but no amazing new name. Stay tuned for information on the “Name the Station” contest coming soon!
Marist Dining joins Marist College in the Fight against Global Warming: Focus the Nation
Marist College Dining Advisory Committee Mission Statement: To work together in a collaborative, progressive and dynamic manner, gathering information and taking action to continually improve the guest satisfaction, food, services and atmosphere in dining at Marist. The Marist College Dining Advisory Committee meets monthly and consists of faculty, staff, and students. We would love your input!
