Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available!

Resident Dining Hall - Student Center

At the Resident Dining Hall there is always a selection of foods to make a complete meal.

Any student enrolled in a dining plan requiring accommodations for a medical or dietary concern should contact the Director of Housing and Residential Life at (845) 575-3307 or by e-mail at Housing@Marist.edu

The Valley CafÉ - Sustainable Dining on Tuesdays

Every Tuesday in the Cabaret, our very own chef features a regional, sustainable, organic buffet. The buffet opens at 11:30 AM. This weekly event is sponsored by Marist Dining Services and Student Affairs.

The Valley Cafe runs on a first-come, first serve basis.

Tickets are available at the front register starting at 10a.m. on Tuesdays. Please e-mail diningservices@marist.edu with any questions. See you there!

Simply To Go is ready when you are and offers customers a wide variety of snack items throughout the day and evening. Students will have easy access to healthy snacks including fresh fruit and vegetables. The menu also features sandwiches, salads, desserts, and microwaveable meals.

Sandella's
Sandella's serves a variety of wraps, pizzas, and quesadillas on the special Sandella's flatbread.
